Responsibilities- Operate and monitor Robo Rail Plasma CNC saws to ensure efficient and accurate cutting processes.
- Set up and calibrate machines according to specifications and production requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise cuts.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Document production data and report any issues to supervisors promptly.
- Must have operated a robo rail before!
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in CNC operation is a plus.
- Proven experience operating CNC plasma saws or similar machinery.
- Strong understanding of blueprints and technical specifications.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
