VP of Affiliate Services - US Based Remote

The Vice President of Affiliate Services proactively supports the retention, revenue growth and profitability of Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates. This requires strong leadership, consulting, key performance indicators analysis, guidance, support, direction and communication to the Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates. The Vice President - Affiliate Services serves as the primary liaison between the Affiliate and the brand and is responsible for promoting the Brand's offerings in order to drive growth and profitability. This position interacts directly with the affiliates to gain their support on company initiatives, foster a collaborative culture and facilitate affiliate growth, agent recruiting, retention and brand engagement. _Note:_ _While the Vice President of Affiliate Services role is remote, the ideal candidate will reside in the western half of the United States. The affiliates this role supports are primarily located in California, Washington, and Oregon, so proximity to those regions is preferred to foster strong relationships and collaboration._ **Responsibilities:** The Vice President Affiliate Services reports directly to the SVP, Global Servicing and Strategy This position requires 60% travel.
