We have an immediate opening for a Multi-Sensor Data Fusion Expert who will work as a member of the US Army DEVCOM AvMC Radar Operations Facility (ROF) Composite Tracker and Classifier (CTC) development team. This candidate must be a highly skilled Multi-Sensor Data Fusion Expert to support cutting-edge research and development efforts in composite tracking, classification, and distributed sensing. The selected candidate will contribute to the advancement and implementation of the CTC algorithm and integration of the Joint Track Management Capability (JTMC) Bridge Integrated Fire Control framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced research in tracking filters, track association, and multi-sensor fusion algorithms.
• Drive the development and implementation of the Composite Tracker and Classifier (CTC).
• Investigate and implement improvements in distributed sensing capabilities and sensor integration techniques.
• Integrate the JTMC Bridge interface into CTC and enhance interoperability across sensor platforms.
• Collaborate closely with radar systems engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders.
• Apply software development best practices using GitLab and participate in collaborative code development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in C++ for high-performance algorithm development.
• Experience using MATLAB for algorithm modeling and analysis.
• Proficient in version control tools, especially GitLab.
• Security Clearance: Must hold a Secret Security Clearance.
• Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen.

Additional Desired Experience:

• Experience with multi-sensor data fusion and tracking systems.
• Familiarity with tracking filter design, data association techniques, and target classification.
