Truck Driver Recruiter (Remote)

This is a 100% remote, commission-based opportunity . There is no cap on what you can earn—the more drivers you place, the more you make.
What You'll Do
- Recruit CDL drivers for open trucking positions
- Generate your own leads using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting methods
- Screen and qualify applicants
- Match drivers with available opportunities
- Follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process
- Build and manage your own recruiting pipeline
What We're Looking For
- Self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable using computers, social media, and online job boards
- Sales, recruiting, customer service, or trucking experience is helpful, but not required
