What We’re Looking For

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year paid Dental Assistant experience preferred (externships not included).
  • Experience with chairside 4-handed dentistry and general DA functions.

• Knowledge & Compliance: Understanding of OSHA and HIPAA regulations with the ability to follow office, state, and dental board requirements to ensure patient safety.
• Clinical Skills:
  • Ability to capture high-quality diagnostic x-rays efficiently.
  • Anticipates the dentist’s needs during procedures to keep treatment timely and smooth.
  • Completes accurate and compliant clinical notes.
• Patient Care & Communication:
  • Excellent customer service to ensure patients feel welcome and at ease.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Personal Qualities: Motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, and a self-starter with high initiative.
