Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support school-age students in a contract role located in Talladega, AL. This position offers valuable experience in an educational setting, providing direct behavioral support and intervention services within the school environment.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Background in speech-language pathology (SLP) especially in healthcare, pediatrics, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or school settings is a plus
• Bachelors level degree preferred
• Active professional license in the state of Alabama
• Experience working with school-age students highly preferred
• Strong munication skills and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team

Location:

• Talladega, Alabama (contract assignment within a school setting)

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans under supervision
• Monitor and record student progress and behaviors
• Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and educational staff to support student development
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established guidelines for service delivery
