Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students’ communication needs for the upcoming school year. You’ll work on-site with three engaged campuses, providing direct services to children in grades K–5 across a 35-hour work week. This role welcomes Speech-Language Pathologists with a CCC credential and also considers VOCO SLP specialists for either in-person or virtual support, depending on student and district needs.

Your expertise will help students develop essential speech and language skills as you collaborate closely with educational teams and caregivers in vibrant elementary school communities. You’ll be part of a supportive environment focused on growth and impactful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Active registration with the Board of Speech Examiners; documentation required
• Experience delivering age-appropriate therapy to children in K–5th grade
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Comfortable supporting multiple school sites and managing assigned caseloads
• For VOCO candidates: prior provision of virtual therapy is advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Serve the speech-language needs of K–5 students across three elementary schools
• Provide assessments, design intervention plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Foster positive, effective communication with teachers, administrators, and families
• Adapt approach to meet diverse student needs both on-site and, if applicable, virtually
