Summary

We are seeking a Multi-Family Regional Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee operations within your designated region, driving growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. Your leadership will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation as a premier commercial real estate provider.

Responsibilities

• Financial Performance: Oversee budget development, monitor financial statements, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Operational Management: Direct property management, construction, and personnel issues within the region.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate on-site teams to achieve performance goals.
• Property Management: Ensure properties are well-maintained, meet occupancy goals, and comply with industry standards.
• Resident Relations: Address resident concerns and ensure positive resident experiences.
• Compliance: Maintain compliance with fair housing laws, local regulations, and company policies.
• Reporting: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on portfolio performance.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and address specific regional challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field (sometimes experience can substitute for formal education).
• Experience in multifamily property management, ideally as a Regional Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, accounting, and operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including owners, residents, and vendors.
• Proficiency in relevant software, such as property management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Must hold an active Alabama real estate license or willingness to obtain within 90 days
