Cullman Cabinet & Supply Co., Inc. is hiring a Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our Cullman facility. This role is responsible for overall plant performance, including safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and on-time delivery.

This is not a working supervisor role . The Plant Manager is the senior on-site operations leader, managing through supervisors, standardized processes, and performance metrics.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead all aspects of daily manufacturing operations
• Manage and develop supervisors and department leaders
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, environmental standards, and company safety policies
• Establish, track, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
• • Labor efficiency
  • Scrap and rework
  • Overtime usage
  • Productivity
  • Safety incidents
  • On-time delivery
• Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain production schedules
• Plan labor staffing and workforce schedules to meet production demands
• Ensure outbound shipments are scheduled and dispatched on time
• Oversee hiring, training, performance management, and corrective action
• Prepare and present operational metrics and performance reports to leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing a manufacturing plant or large-scale production operation
• Proven track record of improving operational performance and KPIs
• Experience leading hourly manufacturing teams
• Knowledge of production planning, capacity management, and workflow optimization
• Strong understanding of labor cost control and operational budgets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Experience

• Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
• Metrics-driven leadership style
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
• Ability to lead change while maintaining operational discipline
• High level of accountability and attention to detail
