QUALIFICATIONS
General Vendor Managed Inventory Driver Requirements
- 21+ years of age
- 2+ years of driving experience in all weather conditions
- Experience using Microsoft programs with the ability to type 25+ wpm
- High school degree or equivalent
- Valid driver's license (Class D Non-CDL) and a clean driving record
- DOT medical card or ability to obtain (with company reimbursement)
- Willingness to wear PPE and participate in required training
- Willingness to drive up to 2 hours one-way daily
Familiarity with logistics, supply chains, or hydraulic components would be a bonus! Data entry experience in Epicor (or a similar ERP) would also be beneficial.

- Ability to lift 50 lbs. using safe lifting techniques
- Sharp decision-making skills with the ability to remain objective and practice good judgment while under pressure
- Fantastic data analysis, trend identification, and inventory forecasting abilities

RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll work the day shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday , with some overtime as needed.
Safety, timeliness, and customer satisfaction are some of the top priorities for our Vendor Managed Inventory Driver! You'll coordinate with our support staff and sales teams to ensure on-time product deliveries and keep our customers' inventories well stocked with supplies. Highly attentive to detail, you'll monitor customers' stock levels, ensure inventory records are accurate, and maintain minimum/maximum stock levels. You'll strategically analyze data to identify trends, forecast inventory needs, and proactively generate replenishment orders accordingly.
A professional attitude is a must, as you'll be speaking with customers and representing our business on the road. You'll create and strengthen relationships with key customer contacts and provide on-site support as needed to ensure satisfaction. If you run into any supply chain issues or record discrepancies, you'll swiftly research and resolve the problem. You'll work with branch managers and business development teams to address stock changes, identify expansion opportunities, and grow revenue. When you're not on a delivery, you'll assist with product receiving, stocking, and pulling in addition to general warehouse activities.
