Welder - Now Hiring

Maximize your earning potential through high-volume production welding! We are seeking dedicated welders for short-term mandates that require rapid, repeatable, and accurate welding. Secure immediate contract income and weekly pay by leveraging your speed and focus in fast-paced manufacturing cells. If you excel at fitting and welding production runs, this role is for you!

Your responsibilities:

- Production welding: perform continuous, repeatable welding of components using jigs and fixtures to meet aggressive daily production quotas.
- Fitting and tacking: quickly fit and tack assemblies together prior to final welding, ensuring dimensional accuracy and proper alignment.
- Material preparation: use grinders, cutters, and other tools to clean and prepare surfaces for optimal weld penetration.
- Quality monitoring: monitor weld parameters (wire feed speed, voltage, gas flow) to maintain consistent quality and minimize rework.
- Efficiency: work efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality, minimizing scrap material and maximizing arc-on time.

work hours: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
