RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Reach out to potential customers and provide quotes
- Ask detailed questions to uncover coverage needs for customers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Great attitude and work ethic.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work with goals
