Accounting Supervisor

Description An incredible opportunity to join a stable manufacturing facility in the Florence, SC area.as their Accounting Supervisor. In this Accounting Supervisor role you will be responsible for the oversight of the payroll process as well as hands on involvement in the general accounting activity to include month-end close, cap-ex, fixed assets, budgeting, forecasting, analytics and ad-hoc reporting. While this person will have the support of managers, the successful Accounting Supervisor will be self-managed and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have supervisory experience as well as solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, 5+ years of progressive experience and bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, and strong ERP (preferably with SAP) and Microsoft Excel experience is a must-have.
