Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Drive Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to refine systems and policies that support the Pneu-Draulics mission.

• Lead & Develop Talent: You won’t just manage a schedule; you will hire, train, and develop your team for future advancement, fostering a high-morale, high-productivity environment.

• Master the Process: Oversee daily tasks to ensure customer needs are met through meticulous tracking of account activities and follow-through.

• Strategic Planning: Participate in the full planning cycle (daily to annual) to ensure the branch hits its goals and initiatives.

• Own the Results: Independently make decisions within company policy to resolve customer issues and improve inter-departmental communication.

• You’re a Leader: You have 5–7 years of management experience (Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Operations Lead).

• You have the book knowledge: You dedicated your time and have graduated with a focus in logistics, distribution, or business.

• You Value Standards: You understand the importance of procedures and can plan/delegate tasks to ensure we stay on schedule with ISO processes.

• You’re Hands-On: You aren't afraid to support the team in any capacity—from customer service to ensuring logistics are moving smoothly.

• You’re a Communicator: You can interpret complex work procedures and explain them clearly to your staff and customers alike.
