Location: Mobile, AL |

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
$19/hour + Full Benefits
Bilingual in a European or South African language a plus

Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Join our growing Sales & Customer Service team as a Client Relations Specialist – Level 1 and help drive the success of BendPak’s industry-leading automotive equipment.

In this role, you'll support sales operations, manage customer inquiries, process orders, and assist with warranty, tech support, and service updates—all while helping create a seamless customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced, people-centered work.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to customer calls and emails, resolve issues, and process orders

• Qualify leads and route inquiries to appropriate sales teams

• Enter data, manage customer records, and track service updates

• Assist with warranty registrations, tech support tickets, and parts orders

• Follow up with service centers and end-users

• Support multiple departments as needed

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of customer service or order processing experience

• Proficiency in MS Office and general internet applications

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems a plus

• Bilingual in a European or South African language a strong asset

• Typing speed of 45–60 WPM with high accuracy
