Job Summary
The Professional Chauffeur for Cadillac XTS and CT6 or other sedan vehicles is responsible for providing premium transportation services to business and leisure clients. This position requires a professional demeanor, discretion, and exceptional customer service skills. The chauffeur must maintain a clean, well-functioning vehicle and ensure that each client receives a safe and comfortable experience from pick-up to drop-off.
Job Qualifications
- Valid Alabama driver's license and clean driving record
- 3 year of experience as a chauffeur or professional driver preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- CDL preferred with passenger endorsement
- Strong attendance and customer service record
Skills
- Professional grooming and punctuality
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle last-minute changes
- Knowledge of Central Alabama roads and landmarks
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and courteous transportation to clients using executive sedans
- Assist passengers with luggage and entry/exit of the vehicle
- Maintain clean and well-presented vehicles inside and out
- Monitor traffic and weather conditions to ensure timely arrival
- Ensure client privacy and maintain a professional appearance
- Complete trip documentation and communicate updates to the Owner
Physical Demands
- Must be able to sit and drive for extended periods
- Must be able to assist passengers with luggage up to 40 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, and reaching
