Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team, specializing in the fabrication of enclosures. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both TIG and MIG welding techniques, ensuring high-quality welds that meet our precision standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG and MIG welding on switchgear components, ensuring accuracy and structural integrity.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate materials based on project specifications.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, making necessary adjustments to meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations and protocols.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient production workflows.
• Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Welder, preferably in switchgear or related electrical enclosures.
• Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding techniques, with the ability to work with various metals.
• Ability to operate welding equipment and hand tools safely and effectively.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle welding tasks for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
