Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging lesson plans that encourage critical thinking and enthusiasm for math

- Establish and maintain positive rapport with students to motivate and support their academic journey
- Integrate technology into daily instruction to enhance student engagement and adapt to modern learning styles
- Foster strong, positive relationships with students, families, colleagues, and the broader school community
- Collaborate with school staff to enhance student achievement and contribute to school-wide initiatives
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by school leadership
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Alabama Teacher Certification
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- Valid Mathematics endorsement
- Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills
- Proven ability to deliver effective, engaging math instruction for secondary students
