Customer Support Team Member

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—answering questions, offering solutions, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience with every interaction. You’ll work closely with both customers and team members to promote products, resolve concerns, and represent our clients with professionalism and care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide helpful and friendly support to customers regarding products, services, and promotions

• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date account records

• Resolve questions and concerns with a positive, solution-oriented attitude

• Build long-term trust with customers through consistent, high-quality service

• Support sales goals by offering appropriate product recommendations and upgrades

• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, hospitality, or similar)

• Excellent verbal communication and people skills

• A team player with a genuine desire to help others

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment

• Energetic, professional, and eager to learn
