Receptionist
Our dealership receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone. They are responsible for creating a welcoming environment and creating a positive experience. Customer Service & Front Desk Operations Greeting & Welcoming: Professionally greet and welcome customers as they arrive, determining the nature of their visit and directing them to the correct department or salesperson. Answering & Directing Calls: Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department, taking messages and providing basic information as needed. Skills and qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. Dealership experience is a plus.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and staff.
- Organizational skills: Strong time management and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
- Professional demeanor: Must maintain a professional appearance and a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude.
