Position Overview:

As a Starbucks Supervisor, you'll lead daily operations at our on-site Starbucks, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient store management. This role combines the dynamic environment of Starbucks with the hospitality standards of Embassy Suites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift Leadership: Oversee store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to Starbucks' operational standards.
• Team Management: Supervise and support baristas, fostering a positive team environment and addressing any performance issues.
• Customer Service: Ensure customers receive prompt service and quality products, addressing feedback and resolving complaints.
• Training & Development: Assist in training new partners, reinforcing Starbucks' values and operational procedures.
• Inventory & Cash Handling: Manage inventory levels, place orders as needed, and ensure accurate cash handling and register procedures.
• Compliance: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
