Answer Maintenance/Service phone, emails, work alerts and work orders.
Assign new maintenance routes to a technician and log all customer information in system.
Coordinate with Maintenance and Service Technicians on schedules/changes to schedules and workflow.
Notify customers of appointments and if any changes are needed to appointment time.
Build quotes for customers for repairs or new installations.
Order parts, follow-up with vendors or warranty centers parts.
Submit warranty claims and create warranty jobs for different manufacturers.
Pull and stage parts for Technicians for the next day jobs.
Produce timely and detailed service reports for each job and invoice when completed.
Create and send invoices and take payment to/from customers for service jobs.
Verify monthly invoices for Maintenance Route customers; send invoices and take payments.
Follow all companys filed procedures and protocols.
Collaborate with technical team and share information with Service/Maintenance Department.
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings to customer and department leader.
Build positive relationships with customers.
