We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Producer to work in Huntsville, AL with a Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Job Summary:

• Instructional Design: A strong understanding of instructional design principles is crucial to create truly effective and engaging training modules. The ideal candidate should be able to collaborate with subject matter experts to script and storyboard content that is both informative and compelling.
• End-to-End Video Production: The role requires someone who can manage the entire video production lifecycle. This includes filming and recording high-quality video and audio, with specific experience in capturing software demonstrations and presentations from multiple speakers.
• Post-Production Expertise: Proficiency in editing raw footage is a must. This includes cutting and arranging footage, adding graphics, and ensuring a polished, professional final product. The ability to enhance videos with music, sound effects, and other visual elements to improve engagement is also key.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite is the industry standard for this type of role. Specifically, experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (for video editing), After Effects (for motion graphics), and Audition (for audio editing) would be essential. Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools like Adobe Captivate or Articulate 360 would also be a significant advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and video production, including SME collaboration and content development
• Experience with end-to-end video production (filming, recording, multi-speaker/software demos)
• Strong video editing and post-production skills (graphics, audio, polished delivery)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (including Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition)
• Experience with Adobe Captivate or Articulate 360 preferred
• Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
