Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Ensure all food products are properly stored, rotated, and labeled
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably as a line cook or prep cook
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and knife skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
