As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site personnel, and support access control and incident response as needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production and warehouse areas, tank farms, and perimeter locations, documenting observations and reporting suspicious activity that may help to deter incidents.
• Control access at gates and/or entry points by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in, and directing deliveries and contractors in accordance with location rules.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, providing clear directions to occupants, and coordinating with onsite management and/or first responders as needed.
• Complete detailed reports of daily activity, patrol results, incidents, and maintenance concerns, and monitor cameras, alarms, and communications systems when assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
