**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations on the chemical or petrochemical site in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any unusual conditions.
+ Monitor the premises for potential hazards or suspicious activity, and report findings according to established protocols.
+ Work closely with site staff and Allied Universal management to communicate information regarding security-related matters.
+ Assist with access control by observing entrants and verifying authorization as required by site procedures.
+ Complete all required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
