Requirements:

• HVAC certification

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What You'll Do:

• Perform preventative maintenance on all HVAC systems to keep them running efficiently.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of HVAC issues, from minor repairs to complex system failures.

• Execute repairs and replacements of HVAC components, including compressors, motors, thermostats, and ductwork.

• Respond promptly to emergency service calls , ensuring resident comfort and safety.

• Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.

• Adhere to all safety regulations and building codes.

• Communicate effectively and professionally with residents regarding maintenance updates.

• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, preferably in a residential setting.

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of electrical circuits and schematics related to HVAC systems.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA Universal) are highly desirable.
