Accounting Coordinator
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Associate Responsibilities You will be supporting the ongoing maintenance of standard costs, month end closing activities, reporting and controls. What You’ll Do:
- SAP Management: Handle BOMs, product routings, and monthly closing tasks.
- Cost Analysis: Monitor and report on PPV, labor, and overhead variances.
- Standard Costing: Keep product costs accurate by analyzing labor and material trends.
- Audits: Provide high-quality data support for all financial audits.
- Inventory: Lead cycle counts and resolve any inventory discrepancies immediately.
- Planning: Help shape the future of the facility by assisting with budgets and forecasts.
- 1+ years of manufacturing accounting experience.
- A strong grasp of SAP or a similar ERP system.
- High proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy.
- Cost Accounting (2 years of experience is required)

- Excel (2 years of experience is required)

- Years of experience: 3 years
