- Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Skill Development: Teaching self-care, cooking, cleaning, and money management.
- Activity Support: Planning and participating in recreational, social, and community activities.

- Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, shopping, or community events.

- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physical tasks.
- Certifications: CPR/First Aid required; medication administration, HIPAA training.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
