ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2018 and has grown into a team of seven who bring energy, professionalism, and strong customer focus to everything we do. I began my journey as an Agent Aspirant, which gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to build and lead a successful office.

Im a graduate of the University of South Alabama, a proud husband and father, and I enjoy golfing whenever I get the chance. Family is important to me, and that sense of commitment and balance carries into how I lead the team.

I stay active in the community as a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, serve on the Executive Board of the Eastern Shore Chamber, and am a member of the Spanish Fort Daphne Kiwanis Club. Being involved locally and giving back are priorities for our agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Randon Carnathan - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
