Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license for Alabama
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred

- Flexible, organized, and responsive to changing caseloads and school needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ occupational therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans tailored to support educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate OT interventions within classroom activities
- Document evaluations, progress reports, and treatment plans in compliance with school and state regulations
- Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to support student progress
- Adjust therapy techniques and interventions as required for evolving caseloads
