Plasma Table Operator

Venture Dynamics is currently seeking Plasma Table Operators; you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our plasma cutting machine to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate the plasma cutting machine according to job specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine cutting paths
- Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate and efficient cutting
- Monitor the cutting process to ensure quality and make any necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with the machine
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of previous experience operating a plasma cutting machine
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good math skills and ability to use measuring tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
