Shop Foreman
- Inventory Management – Keep track of materials, organize stock, and reorder supplies as needed.
- Order Preparation – Pull and prepare fencing materials for crews to ensure smooth job site operations.
- Lot & Equipment Maintenance – Keep the shop and yard clean, maintain tools and machinery, and coordinate necessary repairs.
- Material Handling & Delivery – Offload incoming shipments, organize materials, and deliver to job sites when needed.
- Equipment Operation – Operate forklifts and skid steers for loading and unloading materials.
- Computer & Logistics Skills – Use inventory software to track supplies and manage orders.
- Safety & Compliance – Ensure all equipment is operated safely and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Experience in inventory management and shop operations
- Ability to operate a forklift and skid steer
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and ordering
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in an outdoor environment
