Job DescriptionJoin our team as a Delivery Driver in Fultondale, United States! We're looking for professional and friendly individuals to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to our valued customers.
- Safely operate a personal vehicle to deliver packages to customers
- Follow designated routes and time schedules
- Load, unload, and organize packages in the vehicle
- Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions
- Accurately record delivery information and mileage
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
- Handle cash transactions when required
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle in good working condition
- Clean background check
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 30 pounds
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation app
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
