- The Face of the Firm: Warmly welcome clients and visitors to our Lakeshore Drive suite, ensuring our reception area always reflects our high professional standards.
- Communication Hub: Expertly route incoming calls and manage inquiries related to our tax, audit, and consulting services.
- Master of Logistics: Take ownership of firm calendars, coordinating complex meeting schedules for our auditors and leadership team.
- Administrative Excellence: Handle vital documentation, from preparing client correspondence and appointment reminders to scanning and filing sensitive audit materials.
- Client Intake Support: Guide new clients through the intake process, ensuring their information is accurately gathered and they are connected with the right expert.
- Operational Support: Keep the office running smoothly by managing supplies, facility requests, and assisting with internal communications.
- Confidentiality Expert: Safeguard sensitive firm and client data with the utmost discretion and care.
