Step into a rewarding, full-time opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting elementary students in grades K-5. This contract position is perfect for those passionate about making a lasting impact in an educational setting. As an onsite SLP, you’ll work with approximately 55 students, helping them achieve communication milestones and enhancing their school experience. Clinical Certification of Competence (CCC) is required, ensuring you’ll work alongside a team of highly qualified professionals.
Your expertise will shine as you administer assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with educators and families. Your day-to-day will be filled with meaningful, hands-on work, making real connections with students who need your guidance.
What you’ll bring:
- Active SLP-CCC credentials (required)
- Prior experience with pediatric or K-5th school populations preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy and healthcare-based SLP services a plus
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Compassion, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit
Your responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy sessions to students onsite
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and track student outcomes in accordance with school guidelines
