Looking for a steady, solo driving role with predictable weekly home time? This dedicated out-and-back regional lane runs directly out of Huntsville, Alabama, featuring 100% hands-off freight with zero loading or unloading labor.
- Mileage Pay Rate: Flat $0.70 CPM across all driven miles
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,200 – $1,400 gross per week
- Estimated Annual Income: $62,400 – $72,800 per year
- Weekly Mileage Target: 1,800 – 2,000 consistent miles
- Freight & Lane Specs: 100% Driver No-Touch (primarily drop-and-hook with return backhauls)
- Home Time Routine: Guaranteed home weekly for your full 34-hour restart
- Dispatch Schedule: Operates across day and night dispatches with weekend shifts required; all calendar holidays are active workdays except Christmas Day (guaranteed day off)
Candidate Prerequisites & Fleet Benefits
- Experience Baseline: Solo experienced drivers only (First Seat); requires 6+ months OTR in the last 12 months OR 12 months within the last 5 years (local tractor-trailer time fully counted). No trainees or teams accepted.
- Licensing & Credentials: Unexpired Class A Commercial Driver's License and active DOT Medical Certificate (no specialized endorsements needed).
- Safety & Screening: MVR must reflect no severe preventable collisions over the last 5 years, with job tenure showing no more than 4 driving employers in the trailing 12 months. Mandatory pre-employment hair follicle and urine DOT drug testing (Non-SAP compliant).
