Position Overview

As a Virtual Family Benefits Advisor , you'll meet with individuals and families through virtual consultations, helping them understand available benefit options and guiding them toward solutions that fit their unique needs.

You'll receive comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and access to industry-leading technology—allowing you to build a rewarding career from anywhere.

What You'll Do

• Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom and phone to understand client needs

• Educate clients on available supplemental benefit options

• Recommend personalized solutions based on each family's goals

• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing communication

• Assist clients throughout the enrollment process and provide continued support

• Maintain organized schedules, documentation, and digital client records

• Deliver professional, service-focused interactions that build trust and confidence

• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development

Minimum Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Ability to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (licensing guidance provided)
