‍⚕️ Position Overview

As a Day Shift RN, you’ll provide comprehensive nursing care while serving as a clinical leader on your unit—ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate care.

What You’ll Do

1. Perform assessments and monitor resident conditions
2. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
3. Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
4. Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
5. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance
6. Ensure high standards of care and infection control

Qualifications

1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
2. Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred
3. Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
4. Experience with EMR/documentation systems
5. Graduate of an accredited nursing program
