We invite you to join our team as a Fixed Op Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payments, scheduling service appointments, and assisting customers with their inquiries. Responsibilities:
- Process payments for services rendered, including cash, credit card, and check transactions.
- Greet customers and provide assistance with scheduling service appointments and answering inquiries.
- Generate invoices and accurately document charges for completed services.
- Maintain customer records and update databases or software systems as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing paperwork and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations related to cash handling and customer privacy.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or cash handling role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
