‍⚕️ Position Overview

As an Evening Shift RN, you’ll help lead clinical operations on your unit—ensuring quality care, supporting staff, and maintaining compliance in a team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

1. Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
2. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
3. Monitor and report changes in condition
4. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
5. Supervise LPNs and CNAs
6. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance

Qualifications

1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
2. Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
3. Compassionate, resident-centered approach
4. Long-term care experience preferred
