• Safely operate the company vehicle to pick up and deliver laundry orders to residential and commercial clients within the designated service areas around Foley, AL.
• Load and unload laundry items carefully to prevent any damage or loss, utilizing proper handling techniques to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, obtain signatures, and process any necessary paperwork to ensure seamless transaction records.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and communicate any maintenance or repair needs to the management team to guarantee operational safety.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting courteously and professionally with clients, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety guidelines to ensure compliance and minimize risk during deliveries.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience with commercial vehicles or larger vans is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy laundry bags and equipment safely, demonstrating physical stamina and attention to proper lifting techniques.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to adhere to scheduled routes and delivery times to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with dispatch, management, and clients.
• Dependable and punctual with a professional attitude and a commitment to quality service.
• Previous experience in delivery driving or the laundry industry is beneficial but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
