What you’ll be doing:
- Generating and following up with leads

- Managing and updating client information in the CRM
- Tracking activity and progress toward team goals

Compensation:$97,300 - $189,200 yearly
Responsibilities:- Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing homes in a way that highlights their unique features.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that attract new clients and listings.
- Assist clients through the buying or selling process, providing clear communication and guidance at every step.
- Stay informed about local market trends and property values to offer clients the most up-to-date advice.
- Utilize our CRM system to manage client relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually enhance your skills and knowledge in real estate sales.
- Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Proven track record of being a self-starter, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with real estate market trends, or a willingness to learn, to provide clients with informed advice.
- Comfortable using technology, including CRM systems, to manage client relationships and maintain organized records.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared goals and supporting colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
