Overview:

The Ōnin Group is seeking a Data Scientist to lead digitalization and process transformation initiatives within our Finance & Controlling department. This role plays a key part in driving innovation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across our North America operations.

Skills and Experience:

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology , or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: Up to 2 years of relevant experience (including internships or co-op) in finance, accounting, data science, or data analytics.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of RPA , Blue Prism , Power BI , Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) , Power Apps , and Microsoft Office 365 .
• Ability to analyze business processes and develop digital solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP and Project Management methodologies.
