Bilingual Sales Associate (Spanish & English)

Location: Madison, AL

Pay: $15–$18/hr base + commission (or approx. $700–$1000/week total with average performance)*

We are hiring a Bilingual Sales Associate to serve our growing Spanish- and English-speaking customer base. You’ll help customers find the right furniture and flooring, assist with financing, and follow up with leads.

Responsibilities:

• Greet walk-in customers and help them find the right products.
• Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish.
• Explain product features, pricing, and financing options.
• Create quotes and complete orders using our POS system.
• Respond to messages, texts, and leads.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and products.
• Assist with accessory resets, price updates, and basic showroom upkeep.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Friendly, professional attitude and strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills; experience with POS or sales systems is a plus.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (not required).
• Reliable and willing to learn furniture and flooring basics.

Schedule:

• Full-time (must be available weekends)

Compensation:

• $15–$18/hr based on experience
• Weekly commission bonuses based on sales volume
• Total expected pay: $700–$1000/week
