**Job Overview:** MUST READ!!!!

We are seeking a skilled Framer/Exterior Crewman to join our team. The Framer will be responsible for constructing the framework for manufacturing floor decking, porch decking, and all things related to exterior home construction: Roofing, Window/Doors, Siding, Facia etc.

**Responsibilities:**

- Build and install frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes, windows, siding, roofing.

- Utilize power tools and hand tools to cut and shape materials

- Work with carpenters to ensure accurate measurements and quality construction

- Engage in heavy lifting activities as required

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Framer or similar roles

- Proficiency in using power tools and carpentry equipment

- Capability to lift heavy objects and work on physically demanding tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
