About the Role
We’re hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and developing a high-performing maintenance team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise daily maintenance activities, ensuring quick response to equipment issues
- Manage and execute preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime
- Oversee and develop a team of 10–20 maintenance technicians
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues across production equipment
- Partner with production teams to keep operations running efficiently
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards
- Track performance metrics including downtime, efficiency, and maintenance KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems
- Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
- Background in food manufacturing or regulated environments is a plus
