Must be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB or hold Nuclear Medicine certification ARRT(N) and have a minimium of 1+ years Nuclear Medicine experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Slocomb, AL, supporting patient diagnostics with advanced imaging technology. This travel assignment offers a 13-week opportunity to apply your specialized skills in nuclear medicine within a collaborative clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer nuclear isotopes for diagnostic and therapeutic imaging following departmental protocols and Radiologist directives.
• Operate and maintain DualHead CorCams for Cardiolite, isolated Mugas, and Amyloid studies.
• Perform quality control procedures, including isotope receipt, daily floods, and equipment calibration.
• Utilize Cedars Sinai software to accurately capture, process, and organize imaging data.
• Provide timely procedures starting early to align with isotope administration at 7:30 AM.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and patient care guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) certification required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in nuclear medicine with cardiac imaging expertise.
• Graduate of an accredited AMA nuclear medicine program.
• Registered with ARRT or maintains valid state licensure as a general radiographer or nuclear medicine technologist.

Schedule:

• Typically 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM shift, with flexibility to adjust based on patient needs.
