This is a full-time position, (with full benefits) that supports a multi-plant custom manufacturing operation with a commitment to quality and exceeding customer expectations.
SUMMARY: Responsible for setting up and operating a flexographic rewind press. Production requirements include producing top quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Candidate must possess the ability to maintain quality production, inspection and packaging of products produced.
Shift Opportunities:
2nd Shift hours: M-TH 2:30 pm to 1:00 am, with Friday as required.
Pay Range: $15 - $18 per hour plus shift differential
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate Flexographic finishing equipment safely and efficiently producing quality product
- Inspection of products produced to job specifications and quality standards
- Receives production order and job assignments from the supervisor
- Obtains required materials for job
- Completes production records as required by company guidelines
- Ensures proper cleanliness of work area
- Able to read, review and understand technical drawings, blueprints and proofs
- Project positive and professional behavior/attitude
- Responsive - timely & appropriately to all company personnel

- Follow administrative procedures established for inter/intradepartmental interaction
- Additional tasks/duties/special projects as assigned
- High school diploma required, GED
- Minimum 3 years of operating mechanical equipment experience
- Printing experience, a plus
- Must possess computer skills and understanding of navigating system to perform tasks like printing files, looking up files/folders, monitor setting, etc.
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to solve routine production issues
- Operate and make adjustments to mechanical equipment to maintain quality and speed
- Detail oriented
- Work independently with little supervision
- Multi-task – ability to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
