**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for three key positions: Rework Technician, Tester, and Computer Troubleshooting/Diagnostic Technician.
Your ability to identify and attract top talent will be essential in supporting our organization's growth and ensuring we meet our operational needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for technical positions, including Rework Technicians, Testers, and Computer Troubleshooting/Diagnostic Technicians.
+ Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
+ Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific needs and expectations for each position.
+ Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates in the applicant tracking system.
+ Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts to create a talent pipeline.
+ Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
+ Provide regular updates to management regarding recruitment progress and candidate status.
+ Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts and attract top talent.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Electronics manufacturing recruiting experience or experience supporting contract electronic manufacturing companies.
+ Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.
+ Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively and make sound hiring recommendations.
+ Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
+ Familiarity with technical roles, including knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting, is a plus.
